6 years agoLos Angeles Chargers kicker Roberto Aguayo is battling with Caleb Sturgis to be the man to fix the team's kicking problems, but he was only tasked with kick-offs and extra points in their first preseason game. That said, Aguayo couldn't have asked for the night to have gone much better. He was perfect on extra points, and Sturgis missed on one of his two easy field goals. Head coach Anthony Lynn hasn't indicated who the front-runner is or whether next week's game will feature any different usage amongst the two, but Aguayo seems to still be neck-and-neck with Sturgis at this point.
