2 years agoTennessee Titans wide receiver Robert Woods was targeted twice in the overtime loss to the Kansas City Chiefs but was held without a catch. Especially with Malik Willis under center, Woods has no fantasy floor, as shown by his Week 9 output. Even when Ryan Tannehill (ankle) returns, it'll be tough sledding for Woods based on what the Titans' offense has done this season.
