Robert Tonyan Records Six Receptions Sunday
2 years agoGreen Bay Packers tight end Robert Tonyan caught six of his seven targets, gaining 37 yards during the team's 14-12 victory over the Tampa Bay Buccaneers Sunday. The 28-year-old received the second-highest amount of targets Sunday for the Packers but did little with them. The volume Tonyan saw is promising for his streaming potential moving forward, especially since wide receiver Sammy Watkins will be missing an extended period of time after being placed on the IR this weekend. The fifth-year tight end has a matchup against New England next, who were just torn apart by Mark Andrews, who went for 89 yards and scored two touchdowns. Tonyan will be a streaming candidate once again in Week 4.
