Robby Snelling Looking Better In July
4 months agoTo start the 2024 season, San Diego Padres starting pitcher prospect Robby Snelling has struggled with Double-A San Antonio. At the end of June, he had a 6.49 ERA, 1.66 WHIP, and 49:27 KBB. Fortunately, he's off to a good start in July. Through his first two outings, he's got a 3.86 ERA, 1.50 WHIP, and 14:3 K/BB. While the WHIP is still alarmingly high, Snelling has done a better job limiting runs. San Diego's #2 prospect (per MLB.com), he's expected to make his MLB debut at some point in 2025.
