Robby Fabbri Lands On Injured Reserve
5 months agoAnaheim Ducks forward Robby Fabbri (lower body) has been placed on Injured Reserve. Fabbri has skated in all 14 games this season but is now looking at a spell on the sidelines. The 28-year-old has been quiet in 2024-25, recording two goals and zero assists with 13 shots on goal. Mason McTavish (upper body) is also dealing with an injury, meaning Anaheim's attack might have a significantly different look against Vegas on Wednesday. The injuries could give Cutter Gauthier a chance to move up from the fourth line.

Robby Fabbri Out Six Weeks Following Surgery
4 months agoAnaheim Ducks forward Robby Fabbri (knee) is expected to miss six weeks of action. According to Helene St. James of the Detroit Free Press, Fabbri had meniscus surgery on Friday morning. He will miss a second consecutive game when the Ducks face Detroit on Friday. After joining from the Red Wings in the summer, Fabbri has badly struggled on his new team, posting two goals in 14 games. Brett Leason has moved up to the third line. Leason had two assists in the new role in Wednesday's 3-2 loss to Vegas, but he isn't known for producing offense and should be ignored by fantasy managers.

Robby Fabbri Unavailable Tuesday Versus Oilers
1 year agoDetroit Red Wings forward Robby Fabbri will skip Tuesday's game against Edmonton for personal reasons. Fabbri has been anonymous on the ice lately, and a chance to reset might do good for him. He has gone scoreless in nine of his 14 appearances since the turn of the year. The 28-year-old was much more productive earlier in the campaign and has collected 21 points (13 goals, eight assists) through 39 games for the season. Fabbri's absence will allow Klim Kostin to re-enter the lineup against his former team. Following a good spell with the Oilers, Kostin has struggled in Motown, logging only four points (three goals, one assist) in 30 appearances.
