Robbie Ray Solid Over Seven In No-Decision
4 years agoToronto Blue Jays starting pitcher Robbie Ray stymied the Rays over seven frames on Saturday, but settled for a no-decision in the team's 3-1 loss. The lefty struck out seven batters while allowing one earned run on five hits, with the only damage done on a home run off the bat of Mike Zunino. Home runs continue to be an issue for Ray as he's allowed a 2.28 HR/9 on the year, but fantasy managers will certainly take the trade-off for a low walk rate (2.09 BB/9) and WHIP (1.08). He'll take a 3.42 ERA into his next scheduled start versus the Yankees in the Bronx.
