Robbie Grossman Blasts His 20th Home Run
3 years agoDetroit Tigers outfielder Robbie Grossman went 2-for-4 with a solo home run in the team's 9-3 loss to his former team, the Oakland Athletics, on Tuesday. The home run was his 20th of the year and it marks the first 20 home run season of his career. His previous career-high in home runs was 11, which he set with the Minnesota Twins in 2016. Grossman is slashing .238/.355/.423 this year with 15 stolen bases, 58 RBI and 70 runs to go along with his 20 home runs. He has a lot of value in OBP leagues and in leagues that reward walks. His 14.4% walk rate ranks in the 97th percentile.
