6 years agoNew England Patriots tight end Rob Gronkowski will have an excellent Week 1 matchup against the Texans to begin the season. 'Gronk' caught 69 passes for 1,084 yards and eight touchdowns in 2017 and will go up against a Texans defense that gave up the fourth most fantasy points to opposing tight ends last season. Gronkowski himself added to those vulnerable defensive numbers for Houston by catching eight passes for 89 yards and one touchdown in Week 3. The Patriots will be without wide receiver Julian Edelman for the first four games this season, making Gronkowski and Chris Hogan top targets for quarterback Tom Brady. Gronkowski is a strong bet to put up an excellent fantasy stat-line right out of the gate.--Joey C - RotoBaller
