2 years agoNew York Knicks forward RJ Barrett finished with a game-high 21 points during the preseason win over the Pistons on Tuesday night. He also added five rebounds, two assists, one steal, and one block. The 22-year-old looked good in this one, shooting 8-for-14 from the field and 3-for-5 from deep. Barrett, who averaged a career-high 20 points in 2021-22, signed a four-year extension in the offseason after months of trade rumors. However, he will remain with the Knicks and receive plenty of playing time this season. Barrett should continue to be a reliable fantasy option, although his three-point percentage dropped to 34.2% last season.
