Boston Bruins forward Riley Nash should be a hot commodity for fantasy managers for the week of March 19, a playoff week, and even the championship round in some leagues. Since the injury to forward Patrice Bergeron (foot) left a vacancy on Boston’s top line, Nash has been promoted to fill the void, centering between elite forwards David Pastrnak and Brad Marchand. Nash has posted an impressive point-per-game pace in the 10 games since Bergeron went down, scoring three goals and adding seven assists. Additionally, the Bruins are the lone team in the NHL that do not play on any “busy” nights (Tuesday, Thursday, or Saturday) during the week of the 19th, playing their four matches on Monday the 19th, Wednesday the 21st, Friday the 23rd and Sunday the 25th. If your lineup for the week of the 19th is jammed with players on those busy nights, consider adding a Bruins player, particularly Nash. If you are looking to make a jump on the week’s streamers or if you are not yet convinced and want to see what Nash has got, Boston will play on Saturday night against the Tampa Bay Lightning in what should be a high-scoring match.--Alex McKenzie
