Riley Greene Goes Yard In First Game Of Doubleheader
8 months agoDetroit Tigers outfielder Riley Greene went 2-for-4 with a solo home run, a walk and two runs scored during Game 1 of Thursday's doubleheader with the New York Mets. The 394-foot blast was Greene's second homer of the season. The 23-year-old has dealt with health issues over the last two campaigns but his power/speed blend gives him intriguing upside for fantasy managers. Greene has not had an electrifying start to his year, carrying a .143 average through 21 at-bats. Nevertheless, he remains a solid No. 4 outfielder with the potential to climb higher as the Tigers offense continues to seek consistency.
