12 months agoDallas Cowboys running back Rico Dowdle remained in the backseat behind starter Tony Pollard in a Week 13 win over the Seattle Seahawks. Dowdle ran the ball five times, gaining 15 yards and added one catch for seven more yards. His six touches didn't come close to Pollard's 23. The gap that seemed to be closing between the two running backs a few weeks ago has now widened again, leaving Dowdle as little more than a direct backup in fantasy formats and no longer a starting option in the majority of formats.--David A Marcillo - RotoBaller
