Ricky Stenhouse Jr. Starts Inside Top Ten At Richmond
1 year agoRicky Stenhouse Jr. surprised more than a few experts by being in the final group of qualifying on Saturday afternoon. Though Stenhouse Jr. only finished ninth, he was a respectable 0.178 seconds behind Tyler Reddick. The JTG Daugherty Racing driver has shown the ability to finish solidly in races. His win aside at the Daytona 500 has shown Stenhouse Jr. squarely in the playoffs with seven top ten results (career high is nine). Could the Chevy surprise a little more? One never knows with Stenhouse Jr. but his No. 47 car can at least stay with the Toyota cars.
