Richaun Holmes Has Busy Night With Career-High Six Blocks
4 years agoSacramento Kings forward/center Richaun Holmes might've been questionable with an ankle problem for Monday's matchup against Indiana, but he looked perfectly fine when he racked up a 16-point, 10-rebound double-double and added a career-high six blocks. Holmes also had three assists and one steal, while shooting 6-for-11 from the field and 3-for-4 at the line. He played 36 minutes and even made his first three-pointer of the season. Holmes is a hard-working guy who can help your fantasy team in many ways, but he averages 4.3 fouls per game and constant foul trouble is keeping his minutes down. If he manages to stay on the court, Holmes should be able to crush it in the next matchup against the Blazers, who have just lost Jusuf Nurkic (quadriceps) to injury. The defensively-challenged Enes Kanter looks set to play bigger minutes at the center position and that's great news for every opposition.
