Richaun Holmes Gets Starting Nod
2 years agoSacramento Kings center Richaun Holmes will move into the starting five for Wednesday's game against the Los Angeles Lakers. Fellow big man Domantas Sabonis (illness) has been ruled out for this contest. Holmes will get to play with the starting unit for the first time this season. He was fantastic last season before the Kings acquired Sabonis mid-season in a trade. Since then, Holmes has struggled to carve out a significant role in the rotation. Holmes won't have long term value, but he could be worth looking at for Wednesday's slate. Alex Len and Trey Lyles will likely also see more minutes, but Holmes has the highest ceiling out of the trio.
