2 years agoPhiladelphia Phillies manager Rob Thomson said that he's unsure what first baseman Rhys Hoskins' (knee) injury is yet, but Hoskins was walking around the clubhouse after getting checked out by trainers on Thursday. Hoskins' knee gave out on him in the second inning of the Grapefruit League game on Thursday against the Detroit Tigers, and he had to be carted off the field. While it looked like a pretty bad injury on the field, the fact that he was seen walking around after the game could be good news for his prognosis. Fantasy managers will still want to check back for more updates on his condition and how long he might be out to start the 2023 regular season.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
