Rhys Hoskins Is Philadelphia’s Lone Offense In Loss
6 years agoThe Philadelphia Phillies lost a very tight game to the Boston Red Sox Tuesday night at Citizens Bank Park with a final score of 2-1. The offense was very difficult to come by on the night, as the Phillies managed just two hits. One of those came off the bat of slugging outfielder Rhys Hoskins, whose fifth-inning home run resulted in his club’s only run of the game. The 25-year-old, currently in his first full season in the majors, has already smacked 23 home runs and driven in 73 RBI, as the possibility of 30 home runs and 100 RBI is still very much in play.
