Reggie Jackson Goes Off For Season-High 25 Points, Five Threes
4 years agoLos Angeles Clippers guard Reggie Jackson went off for a season-high 25 points and five threes in a 117-112 loss to the Celtics on Tuesday. With Kawhi Leonard ruled out late because of back spasms, Jackson earned the start and played 37 minutes- tied for his second-highest total of the season- rounding out his line with seven assists and three boards. The 30-year-old has generally been effective when he's played 25 or more minutes this season, with averages of 14.8 points, 4.4 rebounds, 4.4 assists, 2.2 triples, and 1.4 steals per game in 12 contests. If Leonard is out again on Thursday against the Wizards- Jackson would be an appealing DFS play. He just had 17 points and three triples against them last week.
