Philadelphia Eagles safety Reed Blankenship (knee) was diagnosed with a low-grade knee sprain following scans on Monday, according to sources. His ankle should be a short-term one, but his timeline is still to be determined. The good news is that Blankenship isn't a candidate to go on Injured Reserve, which would keep him out until the playoffs. The 23-year-old probably won't play in Week 15 against the Chicago Bears, but there's a chance he'll make it back before the end of the regular season. The Eagles secondary is pretty banged up late in the season, so they will certainly play things safe with Blankenship so that they'll have him in the postseason. With Blankenship hurt, K'Von Wallace is likely to make a start in Week 15.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBallerRead More News
