1 year agoPhiladelphia Eagles safety Reed Blankenship (ribs) did not practice on Thursday. He suffered the injury to his ribs in the third quarter of the Eagles' 14-20 loss to the New York Jets last week. He had made five tackles, including one tackle for a loss, by the time he exited the game. Over the first six weeks of the season, he has ranked as the DB12 in FantasyPros' IDP scoring format and the DB8 in terms of weekly average. If he is unable to play against the pass-heavy Miami Dolphins in Week 7, Terrell Edmunds should be expected to get more snaps.--Mitchell Blatt - RotoBaller
