8 months agoBoston Red Sox third baseman Rafael Devers (shoulder) is feeling better and could return to the lineup as soon as Sunday. According to manager Alex Cora, Devers hasn't undergone imaging, but the team is optimistic he will return to the lineup on Sunday. Devers has been dealing with shoulder soreness since spring training. The 27-year-old took swings in the cage on Saturday and is trending in the right direction to suit up on Sunday. He went 2-for-5 with a double, a homer, and two RBI in the Opening Day win over the Mariners. Devers is considered day-to-day, as fantasy managers will have to check back on Sunday to see if he's in Boston's starting lineup for the series finale.--Brad Camara - RotoBaller
