4 months agoCincinnati Reds rookie outfielder Rece Hinds is on the bench on Monday for the second day in a row against the hosting Atlanta Braves and right-hander Reynaldo Lopez. The Reds will use Will Benson, Stuart Fairchild and Jake Fraley in the outfield on Monday from left to right field, respectively. Hinds, the club's No. 15 prospect per MLB Pipeline, started his MLB career off with a bang, going 11-for-22 (.500) with five home runs, three doubles, a triple, 11 RBI and two stolen bases in his first six games, but he's gone 1-for-12 with a double and three strikeouts in his last three games and may only be in Cincy's starting lineup against left-handed pitchers moving forward. It was an amazing start for the 23-year-old, but fantasy managers should have been expecting him to come back down to Earth sooner than later.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
