Rashod Bateman A Low-End Flex Play At Best
1 year agoBaltimore Ravens wide receiver Rashod Bateman has flashed some great skills and speed since he was drafted in 2021. His biggest issue has been health as he's only played a total of 18 games in his two seasons so far. If he can stay on the field, he has shown that he has the necessary tools to become the number one option on this squad. He's posted a line of 61 catches for 800 yards and three touchdowns so far in his career, and he could find some extra breathing room playing alongside Odell Beckham Jr. and Zay Flowers. For Week 1, Bateman is a risky flex play as this offense is mostly unknown at the moment and we aren't sure who will emerge as Lamar Jackson's favorite target outside of Mark Andrews.
