6 years agoSeattle Seahawks rookie running back Rashaad Penny (knee) won't practice on Wednesday due to a sore knee. Head coach Pete Carroll doesn't seem too concerned. Penny has shown flashes in his rookie year, but it's been a frustrating year for the first-round pick because of a lack of consistent touches. He ran eight times for 44 yards on Monday night and hasn't caught a pass since Nov. 4. As long as Chris Carson is healthy, Penny is too hard to trust as a flex option.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
