3 years agoSeattle Seahawks running back Rashaad Penny has been the RB1 since Week 14. What's more is in 0.5-PPR Penny is out-scoring Najee Harris (the RB2) by 14 points. In Week 18 against the Arizona Cardinals, the former first round pick is an unquestioned RB1 and arguably a top five option. In a week in which some teams may not be playing for much, the soon-to-be free agent is playing for a contract and the Seahawks want to see what they have in a guy that they spent so much draft capital on. Although his late-career breakout may suggest that Penny has been terrible, his struggles are more largely due to injury, so for one week in which he's guaranteed to receive volume, Penny is a must-start.--Jordan Eisen
