Rashaad Penny Rushes For 60 Yards In Week 1 Win
2 years agoSeattle Seahawks running back Rashaad Penny led the backfield with 12 carries for 60 yards and zero touchdowns. The lack of rushing attempts was a bit strange, considering the Seahawks were leading most of the game. Nonetheless, Penny was the clear backfield leader, getting 12 of the 19 rush attempts (6 of which were from quarterback Geno Smith). Kenneth Walker III was ruled out shortly before game time, but he does have a chance to play in Week 2. Penny will likely still be the lead back but should only be viewed as a low-end RB2 for the time being.
