2 years agoSeattle Seahawks running back Rashaad Penny (shoulder) returned to practice Thursday. He was dealing with a shoulder issue and held out of Wednesday's practice. The 26-year-old returned Thursday and is expected to play against the New Orleans Saints in Week 5. Penny had a season-high 18 touches and shredded the Lions' defense by racking up 157 yards from scrimmage in the Week 4 win over the Seahawks. Penny will be the Seahawks' lead back and is a borderline RB2 against a Saints defense that ranks 13th in rush DVOA this season.--Brad Camara - RotoBaller
