Ranger Suarez Gets The Nod For Game 4
2 years agoPhiladelphia Phillies starting pitcher Ranger Suarez will get the start in Game 4, according to manager Rob Thompson. The Phillies announced they will start right-hander Noah Syndergaard on Monday, so the lefty will get the nod on Tuesday. The 27-year-old has a 1.86 ERA, 1.14 WHIP and 9/5 K/BB ratio across 9 2/3 innings this postseason. Suarez has made four appearances, but two of them were starts. It's unlikely that he goes deep into the game on Tuesday.
