Randal Grichuk On The Bench For Saturday's Game
6 years agoToronto Blue Jays outfielder Randal Grichuk is not in the starting lineup for Saturday's game against Spencer Turnbull and the Detroit Tigers. In his absence, Billy McKinney will bat second and start in left field while Richard Urena will start at second base and bat ninth in his season debut. Grichuk had some upside as a possible breakout bat heading into the season, but he has started 0-for-7 at the plate with three strikeouts through two games. It is too early to give up on the 27-year-old just yet, as he had a slow start last season before rebounding to hit 25 home runs and 61 RBI. Make sure that Grichuk gets replaced in fantasy lineups on Saturday.
