2 months agoThe Los Angeles Rams have signed wide receiver Quintez Cephus to their practice squad amid injuries to their top two receivers, Cooper Kupp and Puka Nacua. Cephus hasn't played in an NFL regular-season game since 2022, when he was with the Detroit Lions. The Rams' passing game struggled in Week 2 against the Cardinals, mainly after Cooper Kupp exited the game. Their current wide receiver group consists of Demarcus Robinson, Tyler Johnson, Jordan Whittington, and Tutu Atwell. The Rams did not place Kupp on injured reserve, indicating they expect him back within the next couple of weeks. Cephus is a depth move, and fantasy managers do not need to consider adding him to their rosters ahead of this week's matchup with the San Francisco 49ers.--Cody Pestino - RotoBaller
