Raisel Iglesias Slams Door On Cubs
1 year agoAtlanta Braves closer Raisel Iglesias converted his 32nd save of the season on Thursday, closing out a 5-3 victory over the Chicago Cubs. Iglesias pitched a perfect inning, striking out one in the process. After a rough patch in early September where he allowed six runs (three earned) in five IP and blew two saves, the fireballer has turned things around with three straight converted saves. The 33-year-old will be in a great situation on this same stacked Braves team next year and should be drafted highly among relievers.
