Raisel Iglesias Notches Save Thursday
1 year agoAtlanta Braves closer Raisel Iglesias tossed a clean ninth inning to earn his 17th save of the season in a 7-5 win over the Arizona Diamondbacks. Iglesias did allow a hit and a walk but got out of the inning without allowing a run. This solid bounce-back performance comes two days after he allowed three runs and took the loss against this same D-back squad. The righty now has a 4.08 ERA, 1.33 WHIP, and 34 strikeouts in 28 ⅔ IP. Although his overall numbers don't look great, he has been pretty solid for the most part, with a few blowups skewing things a bit. He should continue to get the majority of the Braves save chances and is one of the better relief options in fantasy.
