Raimel Tapia Takes A Seat In Second Game Of Doubleheader
4 years agoColorado Rockies outfielder Raimel Tapia won't play in the second game of Colorado's doubleheader against the New York Mets Thursday after going 0-for-3 while leading off and playing left field in the first game of the day. Tapia has struggled of late, slashing .151/.258/.226 over his last 15 games, with just one home run and two steals. Tapia came into the season expected to compete for the batting title after hitting .321 in 2020, but he has not carried that success over to 2021, and fantasy managers will have to look elsewhere for the moment.
