The Las Vegas Raiders fired general manager Tom Telesco after just one season on Thursday, according to NFL insider Ari Meirov. This move comes days after head coach Antonio Pierce was relieved of his duties. Telesco was hired last offseason following 11 seasons as the GM of the San Diego/Los Angeles Chargers. The 52-year-old had success early in last year's draft, landing tight end Brock Bowers and center Jackson Powers-Johnson. However, the organization is looking to start fresh after several years without being a legitimate Super Bowl contender, and former NFL quarterback Tom Brady is expected to be heavily involved in advising team owner Mark Davis.--Jackson Sparks - RotoBaller
