5 years agoThe Las Vegas Raiders cut quarterback DeShone Kizer on Tuesday, according to a source. Kizer didn't play at all last year after serving as quarterback depth behind Derek Carr for the Raiders. He's already been with three different teams since being a second-round pick (52nd overall) back in 2017 with the Browns. At best, Kizer would've been the No. 3 behind Carr and expensive backup Marcus Mariota in Las Vegas. Nathan Peterman will now serve as the No. 3 with Kizer moving on. If he finds another team, it'll be strictly as quarterback depth.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
