Raiders Could Go With Offensive Lineman At No. 6 Overall
59 seconds agoThe Las Vegas Raiders spent a lot of time this offseason doing their homework on Boise State running back Ashton Jeanty under new general manager John Spytek, but The Athletic's Dianna Russini writes that strong cases are being made in Vegas' draft room to address their offensive line with the No. 6 overall pick on Thursday night instead. The Raiders reportedly have been interested in moving up into the top five picks of this year's NFL draft while also being open to moving back, depending on what transpires early on. Jeanty is the obvious fit for the Raiders, even after they added veteran Raheem Mostert to their backfield in free agency. However, with such a deep class at the RB position this year, the Raiders may not feel pressured to pull the trigger on Jeanty in the top 10 if they stay put at pick No. 6 overall.
