Quinn Cook Scores Game-High 22 Points Wednesday Night
5 years agoLos Angeles Lakers point guard Quinn Cook produced his best performance of the season in Wednesday's loss to Orlando, scoring a game-high 22 points on 9-for-14 shooting. Troy Daniels and Kentavious Caldwell-Pope both added 17 points, so the team was heavily carried by the bench in this one. Cook has proved that he's a baller when given an opportunity, but he hasn't earned much trust this season in L.A., averaging only 13 minutes a night. He played nearly twice as much on Wednesday, with Rajon Rondo (hand) on the shelf. Rondo isn't expected to feature this week, and the Lakers have one more game on Saturday, so Cook has some fantasy value at the moment.
