3 years agoPhiladelphia Eagles wide receiver Quez Watkins is likely to start in the slot in Week 1 and should have a shot to stay in that role as long as he plays well. Watkins didn't do much in his rookie season last year, catching just seven passes for a total of 106 yards across six games. But he was one of the standouts in training camp and the preseason for the Eagles this year, and has apparently earned the starting slot receiver role over veteran Greg Ward. Watkins could develop some upside, but as of now he's just a wait-and-see kind of guy who can be taken as a depth piece at the end of most drafts.--David A Marcillo - RotoBaller
