Quez Watkins Holding Onto No. 3 WR Role
1 year agoPhiladelphia Eagles wide receiver Quez Watkins has been a solid contributor to the team's passing offense over the last two seasons, racking up a combined 76 receptions for 1,001 yards and four touchdowns. During this year's training camp, he has reportedly been impressive and is holding off former Atlanta Falcons wideout Olamide Zaccheaus for the No. 3 WR role. Watkins has plenty of value in deep leagues as a "handcuff" wide receiver. If A.J. Brown or DeVonta Smith has to miss any games this season, he could be a fill-in option as a deep flex play. He's also an intriguing late-round best ball dart throw thanks to his big-play ability in one of the NFL's top offenses.
