Los Angeles Chargers rookie wide receiver Quentin Johnston had a solid game in a Week 14 loss to the Denver Broncos. He was targeted four times, making three catches for 91 yards, including a huge 57-yard grab on a rare good throw from quarterback Easton Stick. Johnston has been a disappointment most of the season, but this was a flash of what he can do. He's still not really on the fantasy radar, but there's a glimmer of hope at least for those holding onto him in dynasty leagues.--David A Marcillo - RotoBaller

Los Angeles Chargers wide receiver Quentin Johnston did nothing right in a Wild Card loss to the Houston Texans. Johnston was targeted five times and made no catches, the second game this season where he saw that many targets but still couldn't do anything with them. The play that encapsulated the NFL career of "QJ" so far was a fourth down route where he did not even get himself into first down territory, and then also just dropped the pass for good measure. Johnston showed some flashes this year of what made him a first-round pick in 2023, but he also showed some of what has Chargers fans hoping he's cut before next season begins.--David A Marcillo - RotoBaller

Los Angeles Chargers wide receiver Quentin Johnston (thigh/illness) is officially active for Saturday's game against the Houston Texans. Johnston opened the week as a limited participant but was then downgraded to a non-participant on Thursday. However, he was able to return to limited participation during Friday's final practice session. In Week 18, the sophomore wideout enjoyed the best game of his career, tallying 186 yards on 13 receptions. This was the first time he caught double-digit passes this season and the second time he tallied at least 100 yards. Johnston is worth a look as a WR2 in DFS this afternoon as he will face a struggling Houston secondary that has allowed the 11th-most PPR points to opposing wideouts this season.--Andy Smith - RotoBaller

According to Jeremy Fowler of ESPN, Los Angeles Chargers wide receiver Quentin Johnston (thigh/illness) is "good to go" for Saturday's playoff game against the Houston Texans. Johnston was listed as questionable on Thursday's final injury report. The 23-year-old is coming off a career day where he tallied 186 yards on 13 receptions. This was the second time he eclipsed the century mark this season and the first time he brought in double-digit receptions. Over his previous five games, Johnston averaged nine targets with 69.0 yards per game. Fantasy managers should view Johnston as a solid flex option in DFS formats as he is facing a Houston secondary that has allowed the 11th-most PPR points to opposing wideouts this season.--Andy Smith - RotoBaller

According to Tom Pelissero of the NFL Network, Los Angeles Chargers wide receiver Quentin Johnston (thigh/illness) is listed as questionable for Saturday's playoff game against the Houston Texans. Johnston opened the week as a limited participant but was then downgraded to a non-participant on Wednesday. He returned to limited capacity on Thursday but still carries a questionable tag. In Week 18, Johnston enjoyed a career game, bringing in 13 passes for 186 yards. This was the second time he tallied at least 100 yards this season and the first time he caught double-digit passes. No.3 wide receiver Joshua Palmer (foot) has already been ruled out for this game. As a result, this could leave rookie Ladd McConkey as the lone wideout for Justin Herbert. If Johnston were to sit out, McConkey would carry high-end WR1 upside in DFS formats.--Andy Smith - RotoBaller
