Qadree Ollison Showing Promise In Preseason
5 years agoAtlanta Falcons rookie running back Qadree Ollison has had a solid preseason so far and led the team in both carries and rushing yards in preseason Week 2. Ollison rushed nine times for 44 yards against the Jets this past week, good for a stellar 4.9 yards per carry. Ollison will be battling Ito Smith and Brian Hill for the backup running back role behind Devonta Freeman. Smith is likely the favorite for now, but Ollison, who is around 6-foot-1 and 230 pounds, offers a much different skill set than the 5-foot-9 Smith. Keep an eye on Ollison as a potential deep sleeper this season.
