Stroud has a favorable Week 8 matchup against Indianapolis, welcome news after a rough performance last week at Green Bay in which he failed to crack 100 passing yards. Last year's Rookie of the Year has been unremarkable as a fantasy option this season relative to where he was drafted. He has just two top-10 finishes in seven games, although one of them was against the Colts in Week 1. Indy ranks 26th in air yards allowed and has surrendered 10 passing touchdowns so far this season.
