P.J. Washington Tallies 22 Points And Six Blocks Saturday Night
4 years agoCharlotte Hornets power forward P.J. Washington was huge for the team on both ends of the court in Saturday's 113-105 win over Atlanta, scoring 22 points and recording a career-high six blocks. He was perfect at the line with six attempts and shot 7-for-11 from the field, including 2-for-4 from downtown. Washington doesn't generally do much offensively but he has been a big force on defense lately, as he had already racked up five blocks in two games ahead of Saturday's contest. The Hornets hope that he can slow down Julius Randle next when the Knicks come to visit on Monday.
