4 years agoThe Philadelphia Phillies are another team that is expected to conduct a shortened spring training at their home stadium at Citizens Bank Park in Philadelphia. Several MLB teams have already opened their home stadiums to players on the 40-man roster for limited workouts during the coronavirus pandemic. Nothing is official yet, but the league is hoping to start a spring training 2.0 sometime in mid to late June, with a potential start to an abbreviated 2020 season coming in early July. If a spring training 2.0 actually happens, it sounds as though teams will have the option of working out at either their home stadiums or at their spring training facilities in either Arizona or Florida.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
