Philipp Grubauer Seeks Fourth Consecutive Victory Versus Ducks
2 years agoSeattle Kraken goaltender Philipp Grubauer will try to hit a new season high with a fourth consecutive victory on Tuesday against the Ducks. Martin Jones has carried Seattle for most of the season, but Grubauer has put in some impressive performances lately and the team will continue to go with the hot hand. Grubauer took a 5-4 overtime loss against the Ducks in his season debut, but he has improved throughout the campaign and sits on an 11-11-3 record. The German netminder has allowed 2.96 goals per game with a .895 save percentage. The Ducks put five pucks past Grubauer in October, but they are ranked just 30th in the league in goals per game (2.51) and the Kraken goalie should get his revenge here.
