14 mins agoNew Orleans Saints linebacker Peter Werner (hand) is expected to be active on Sunday for the Week 11 contest versus the visiting Cleveland Browns, according to a source. Werner picked up a questionable tag for this weekend's game due to a hand injury that he suffered in the Week 10 win over the division-rival Atlanta Falcons. The 26-year-old was unable to practice on Wednesday or Thursday before being limited on Friday. Barring a setback during pre-game warmups, he should be available on Sunday, which is good news for a Saints defense facing a Browns offense coming off their bye week. Werner has not been on the IDP fantasy radar in 2024 while recording 43 tackles (28 solo) and one pass breakup in seven starts in his fourth year with the Saints.
