Paul Millsap Records Double-Double In Victory
Paul Millsap finished with 14 points, 10 rebounds, two assists and two blocks on 6-for-11 shooting from the field in Friday's 96-92 win over the Celtics. The 34-year-old took advantage of the opposition down low, scoring a majority of his points in the paint while making the only three-point field goal he attempted. Millsap managed to record his second double-double of the month, increasing his season averages to 13.9 points, 6.4 rebounds and 1.3 threes on 49% shooting from the field, making him a must-own player in standard formats.

James Harden, Paul Millsap Will Not Make Team Debuts Friday
James Harden and center Paul Millsap have not yet been cleared to suit up with the team, ruling them out vs. Oklahoma City on Friday. Harden missed the final four games of his Nets tenure due to a tight left hamstring, and that will be an ailment to monitor moving forward. In the long-term, Harden's elite fantasy potential will only rise, as he is just one of two players (Chris Paul) to average a double-double this season with points and assists. Millsap is likely to fill a moderate bench role in the frontcourt, with his appeal emerging solely when/if Joel Embiid is forced to miss action. Their next chance to play comes Saturday against the Cavaliers.

Paul Millsap Heads To Philadelphia At Trade Deadline
Paul Millsap has reportedly been acquired by the 76ers just prior to the trade deadline on Thursday, coming aboard alongside James Harden in this year's blockbuster deal. Millsap had fallen out of Brooklyn's frontcourt rotation, and with Andre Drummond joining the Nets in return, the veteran became expendable. Limited to a career-low 11.3 minutes per outing this season, Millsap has averaged just 3.4 points and 3.7 boards on a nightly basis. He is unlikely to play his way into season-long relevance with Philadelphia, but he should serve as an intriguing DFS asset should Joel Embiid be sidelined at any point.

Paul Millsap Remains Out On Sunday
Paul Millsap (personal) won't play on Sunday in Denver, as expected. The veteran remains out while the team looks to move him ahead of the February 10th trade deadline, so it's likely he has already played his final game in Brooklyn. However, with LaMarcus Aldridge (ankle) and Nicolas Claxton (hamstring) both out, the Nets certainly could have used him. Nevertheless, James Johnson, Day'Ron Sharpe, and Blake Griffin should handle most of the minutes in the frontcourt, although none of them have been consistent this season by any means.

Nicolas Claxton, Paul Millsap Ruled Out For Wednesday
Nicolas Claxton (rest) and Paul Millsap (personal) will be unavailable for Wednesday's contest vs. the Nuggets. Claxton is sitting the second leg of the team's back-to-back, having played 17 minutes in his return from a seven-game absence Tuesday. Millsap and the Nets have agreed to try and find the veteran a more favorable playing situation, so his absence is likely to press on beyond Wednesday. Day'Ron Sharpe and LaMarcus Aldridge both stand out as upside DFS plays, although they'll largely be tasked with keeping Denver's Nikola Jokic in check, no small obstacle in its own right. Fantasy managers can anticipate Claxton being cleared for Saturday against Golden State.
