6 years agoSt. Louis Cardinals first baseman Paul Goldschmidt hit three home runs on Friday, finishing 4-for-5 with a walk, five RBI, and three runs scored. Goldy went yard in the first inning, then again in the sixth, and one more time in the seventh. They were the first three of what will certainly be many home runs in a Cardinals uniform for the former Diamondback. Batting second in a strong lineup, Goldschmidt is one of the premiere fantasy first basemen.--David A Marcillo - RotoBaller
