Paul George Stays Hot With 23 Points In 27 Minutes
4 years agoLos Angeles Clippers shooting guard Paul George shot 9-for-17 from the field en route to 23 points in 27 minutes in Sunday's blowout win over Minnesota. He went 4-for-9 from behind the arc and put in a lot of work in other areas as well, collecting seven rebounds, five assists, two steals and one block with three turnovers. George has made scoring look easy lately, averaging 33.8 points per game in his past six outings. With a meeting against Portland coming up, we can expect George to continue his scoring tear. The Blazers are ranked 29th in defensive efficiency, and George's current scoring streak started with a 36-point outburst against them on April 6.
