Paul George Racks Up 41 Points In Losing Effort
3 years agoLos Angeles Clippers guard/forward Paul George hit five treys with 12 attempts and recorded a game-high 41 points in a 120-114 loss to Memphis on Saturday. He was 15-for-25 overall from the field and shot a perfect 6-for-6 at the charity stripe. George was also the best rebounder in the game with 10 boards and added four assists to his line with two steals and three turnovers in 35 minutes. PG13 is off to a great start to the season with back-to-back double-doubles and very efficient shooting. He'll look to go off again on Monday against a Portland team that tends to have defensive lapses. George shot 58 percent against the Blazers last season and averaged over 30 points in the matchup.
